我国基础教育的最大问题是“应试教育”泛滥。应试教育的动力主要来自两个方面:一是迫于压力;二是利益诱导。其结果是教师失去了教学热情,学生产生了厌学情绪,从而使教学失去了宗旨和活力。为此,学校必须从教育本原中寻求教与学的动力。学校可采取以下措施调动教师工作的积极性:推动学校管理的民主化进程;以人为本,让教师把学校当成家;把学校建设成学习型组织。学校还应通过差别化教育、重构校园生活、重构师生关系等方式激发学生学习的内驱力。
The biggest problem of basic education in our country is the proliferation of “examination-oriented education”. The motivation for exam-oriented education mainly comes from two aspects: one is forced by pressure; the other is interest induction. As a result, teachers lose their enthusiasm for teaching and students have a sense of displeasure, making teaching lose its purpose and vitality. Therefore, schools must seek the motivation of teaching and learning from the original education. Schools can take the following measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers: to promote the democratization of school management; people-oriented, so that teachers make the school as a home; the school into a learning organization. Schools should also stimulate students’ internal drive by differentiating education, reconstructing campus life and reconstructing teacher-student relationship.
