笔者分析了我国目前大部分事业单位在人才激励机制方面存在着的普遍问题,总结产生问题的原因,根据事业单位实际情况,提出完善人才激励机制的一些建议。事业单位改革势在必行,随着改革的开展,人才激励机制如何与事业单位改革同步,笔者也简要地提出了自己的一些想法。
The author analyzes the common problems that most of the institutions in our country have in talent incentive mechanism, summarizes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the incentive mechanism of talents according to the actual situation of institutions. Institutional reform is imperative, with the reform carried out, how the incentive mechanism of personnel and institutional reform synchronization, the author also briefly put forward some of his own ideas.
