目的探讨前牙区、双尖牙区、磨牙区即刻种植的临床效果。方法选择2007年1月至2012年1月在湛江市第一中医院口腔科就诊的种植病例36例,微创拔除患牙后即刻植入CDIC种植体39枚,其中上颌前牙区18枚,下颌前牙区7枚,上颌双尖牙区11枚,下颌第一磨牙区3枚。除磨牙区延期修复外,其他牙位均在48 h内做临时冠修复。3~6个月后完成烤瓷冠永久修复。所有患者修复后追踪随访1~6年。结果上颌前牙区、下颌前牙区、上颌双尖牙区种植体均有良好的骨结合,观察期内成功率均为100%;下颌第一磨牙区有1枚于18个月后发生松动而脱落,观察期内成功率为66.6%。结论在适当选择病例的情况下,即刻种植可成功应用于临床,且在前牙区、双尖牙区成功率较高,磨牙区成功率略低。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterior teeth area, bicuspid area and molar area immediately implanted. Methods Thirty-six cases of dental implants were selected from January 2007 to January 2012 in Zhanjiang First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Thirty-nine CDIC implants were implanted immediately after removal of the affected teeth, including 18 anterior maxilla areas, 7 anterior mandibular area, 11 maxillary canine area and 3 mandibular first molar area. In addition to molars area postponed repair, the other teeth are within 48 h to do temporary crown repair. 3 to 6 months to complete the permanent restoration of porcelain crowns. All patients were followed up 1 to 6 years after repair. Results The maxillary anterior teeth area, mandibular anterior teeth area and maxillary bicuspid area had good osseointegration with a success rate of 100% during the observation period. One of the mandibular first molar areas became loose after 18 months And off, the observation period success rate was 66.6%. Conclusion With appropriate choice of cases, immediate implantation can be successfully applied to the clinic. The successful rate in the anterior and bimax areas is higher, and the success rate in the molar area is slightly lower.
