推动技术进步,增强企业活力,关键在于“尊重知识,重视人才”。科技人才是科学技术的载体,技术进步的主体。有人说过,“政从‘正’出,财自‘才’来。”要搞经济建设,搞活企业,关键在于人才,有了众多的人才,才能在经济大合唱中奏出不同反响的乐章。目前我国经济实力同发达国家还有一定的差距,技术装备一时难以赶上先进水平。要推动技术进步,增强企业活力,人才的作用就显得更为重要。
The key to promoting technological advancement and enhancing the vitality of enterprises lies in “respecting knowledge and attaching importance to talents.” Science and technology talents are the carrier of science and technology and the main body of technological progress. Some people have said, “Government is from ’positive’ and money is from ’cause’.” The key to economic development and invigorating enterprises lies in talented people. With so many talented people, it can play different repercussions in economic chorus. At present, there is still a certain gap between China’s economic strength and the developed countries, and it is difficult for technical equipment to catch up with the advanced level at one time. To promote technological progress and enhance the vitality of enterprises, the role of talented people becomes even more important.
