目的:对替米考星纳米乳制备方法与临床药效的分析与探讨。方法:选择伪三元相图法来制备替米考星纳米乳,对制作成品的形态、稳定性以及药物的临床效果进行分析。结果:经过研究发现,制备替米考星纳米乳最佳制备方案为5.5%的替米考星、18.5%的无水乙醇、5%的IPM、43.5%的蒸馏水以及吐温-8027.5%。且替米考星纳米乳在治疗因巴氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及致病性大肠杆菌、无乳链球菌以及沙门氏菌所引起的疾病中有显著疗效。结论:替米考星纳米乳选择最佳制备方案,能够提高制药的稳定性,起到良好的杀菌与抑菌作用,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the preparation method and clinical efficacy of timolol nanoemulsion. Methods: The method of pseudo-ternary phase diagram was used to prepare the telmisartan nanoemulsion. The morphology, stability and the clinical effect of the drug were analyzed. Results: The best preparation method for preparation of timolol nanoemulsion was found to be 5.5% telmistrol, 18.5% ethanol, 5% IPM, 43.5% distilled water and Tween-8027.5%. And timolol nanoemulsion in the treatment of Pasteurella, Staphylococcus aureus and pathogenic Escherichia coli, Streptococcus agalactiae and Salmonella caused by the disease have a significant effect. Conclusion: Tilmicosin nanoemulsion selection of the best preparation program, can improve the stability of the pharmaceutical, play a good bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect, it is worth promoting.
