随着基于知识的企业理论的兴起,知识在企业间的转移和共享已经成为企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。伴随着中国制造企业国际化战略的进一步深化,中国跨国企业内部的知识转移问题逐渐进入从母公司向子公司转移的阶段,进入了子公司向母公司的知识反哺阶段。本文从跨国公司海外子公司反向知识转移视角,基于组织学习理论提出了反向知识转移的一个过程模型。最后,选取浙江万向集团为例,深入分析了其反向知识转移机制及策略,得出了对其他中国制造型跨国公司实施海外子公司反向知识转移可供借鉴的经验与启示。
With the rise of knowledge-based enterprise theory, the transfer and sharing of knowledge among enterprises has become an important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. With the further deepening of the internationalization strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the problem of knowledge transfer within Chinese multinational corporations gradually entered the stage of transfer from the parent company to the subsidiaries and entered the stage of knowledge repaying to the parent company by the subsidiary companies. This paper proposes a process model of reverse knowledge transfer based on organizational learning theory from the perspective of reverse knowledge transfer of overseas subsidiaries of multinational corporations. Finally, taking Zhejiang Wanxiang Group as an example, this paper analyzes deeply its mechanism and tactics of reverse knowledge transfer, and draws lessons and enlightenment that other Chinese manufacturing MNCs can use to carry out the reverse knowledge transfer of overseas subsidiaries.
