本文从观察现象人手分析了多点焊接时产生表面飞溅的原因,通过大量试验提出了減少飞溅的工艺措施,並作了较详细的阐述。其中,着重介绍了“焊接电流调幅装置”的原理。它实际上是对KD-6控制线路的改进,使之更趋完善。本装置通过控制可控硅的导通角而改变引燃管的导通时间,使焊接电流幅值按一定规律变化,減小焊接初始阶段的热量冲击,从而減少焊接飞溅。
In this paper, we analyzed the causes of surface spatter during multi-spot welding from the observation of manpower, and put forward the technical measures to reduce the spatter through a large number of experiments, and made a more detailed exposition. Among them, focusing on the “welding current amplitude modulation device” principle. It is actually an improvement on the KD-6 control circuit to make it more complete. The device changes the conduction time of the ignition tube by controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor so as to change the amplitude of the welding current according to a certain rule and reduce the heat impact in the initial stage of welding so as to reduce the welding splash.
