目的了解参麦注射液(参脉)在大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)中对C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将实验动物随机分为12组:即治疗A组:油酸+参麦后第6h组;治疗B组:油酸+参麦后第8h组;治疗C组:油酸+参麦后第12h组;治疗D组:油酸+参麦后12h-追加参麦-第16h组;治疗E组:油酸+参麦后12h-追加参麦-第24h组;治疗F组:油酸+参麦后12h-追加参麦-24h后再追加参麦-第36h组。用生理盐水替换参麦为油酸损伤对照组,分别为A′、B′、C′、D′、E′、F′组。用血清超氧化物岐化酶(T-SOD)评价抗氧自由基水平;用血清CRP水平观察急性炎症反应程度。结果①CRP:两组均呈上升趋势;治疗D组、对照F′组水平最高;对照C′组较治疗C组为高。②T-SOD:治疗B组和F组较对照B′组和F′组为高。结论参麦注射液是一种较好的抗氧自由基药物,但对CRP影响不大。
Objective To understand the effect of Shenmai injection (Shenmai) on C-reactive protein (CRP) in acute lung injury (ALI) in rats. Methods The experimental animals were randomly divided into 12 groups: treatment group A: oleic acid + Shenmai 6h group; treatment group B: oleic acid + Shenmai group 8h; treatment group C: oleic acid + Shenmai 12h group; treatment D group: oleic acid + Shenmai 12h - additional Shenmai - 16h group; treatment E group: oleic acid + Shenmai 12h - additional Shenmai - 24h group; treatment F group: oleic acid + After Shenmai 12h - additional Shenmai - 24h after Shen Mai - 36h group. Replacement of Shenmai with normal saline was the oleic acid control group, which was A’, B’, C’, D’, E’, and F’ groups, respectively. Serum superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) was used to evaluate the level of antioxidant free radicals; serum CRP levels were used to observe the degree of acute inflammation. Results 1CRP: Both groups showed an upward trend; the highest levels were seen in the treatment group D and the control group F′; the control group C′ was higher than the treatment group C. 2T-SOD: Treatment B and F were higher than controls B’ and F’. Conclusion Shenmai injection is a good anti-oxygen free radical drug, but it has little effect on CRP.
