天然气 /柴油双燃料发动机的排放性能受各种因素影响和制约 ,在引燃油的供油提前角变化对发动机排放性能影响的基础上 ,进行天然气替代柴油率对双燃料发动机排放性能的影响试验研究。结果表明 ,在相同条件下和适当的天然气对柴油替代率范围内 ,随天然气替代柴油率的变化 ,发动机排放物中 THC最大相差为 45% ;CO相差为 40 % ;NOx 相差 67%。根据发动机的排放性能和发动机的动力性、经济性及机械性能综合考虑得出了在试验机型 (国产 6缸柴油机 )上天然气替代柴油率的较佳范围。
The emission performance of natural gas / diesel dual-fuel engine is affected and constrained by various factors. Based on the influence of fuel oil advance angle on the engine’s emission performance, the effect of alternative diesel on the emission performance of bi-fuel engine is studied . The results show that the maximum difference of THC in engine emissions is 45%, the difference of CO of CO is 40%, and the difference of NOx is 67%, under the same conditions and with the appropriate ratio of natural gas to diesel. According to the engine’s emissions and engine power, economy and mechanical properties of a comprehensive consideration of the test model (domestic 6-cylinder diesel engine) on the natural gas alternative diesel rate of the better range.
