采用上限法,利用连续速度场模式对管材空拉的过程中壁厚的变化进行了分析,通过优化计算所得到的管材壁厚计算值与实验值基本一致,并证实了管材的径厚比(D/s)对空拉壁厚变化的影响。
By using the upper limit method, the change of wall thickness in the process of empty tube drawing was analyzed by using the continuous velocity field model. The calculated value of the wall thickness of the pipe obtained by optimization calculation was in good agreement with the experimental value, and the diameter-thickness ratio D / s) on the wall thickness changes.
