电伴热系统是维持生产温度最有效、最先进的方法。在使用过程中,往往会由于电伴热带的剪裁和拼接而引起工作电流的变化,从而引起电能浪费、电伴热带烧毁的后果。基于此,以石油管线电伴热系统为研究对象,通过对其工作环境的分析,提出了一种通过调节电压而维持电流恒定的恒流电源设计方案。设计的基于三相斩控式交流调压电路的恒流电源,其控制简单、成本低,能够实现电压的连续可调,并且工作在电流闭环模式,使输出电流稳定而不受干扰。仿真和实验表明,该方案有效地保护了电伴热带,保证系统的正常工作,可以显著提高企业的经济效益。
Electric heat tracing system is the most effective and advanced way to maintain production temperature. In the process of using, it often leads to the change of working current due to the tailoring and splicing of the electric heating tape, which leads to the waste of electric energy and the consequence of burning down the electric cord. Based on this, taking petroleum pipeline electric heat tracing system as the research object, through the analysis of its working environment, a constant current power supply design scheme is proposed to maintain constant current by regulating voltage. The design of constant current power supply based on three-phase chopped-type AC voltage regulator circuit has simple control and low cost, can realize continuous adjustable voltage, and works in current closed-loop mode, so that the output current is stable without interference. The simulation and experiment show that the scheme effectively protects the electric tracing belt and ensures the normal operation of the system, which can significantly improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
