一、基本情况 特大型轴承套圈毛坯生产,国内一直沿用锻棒压坯的方法,存在着占用锻压能力、加工程序复杂、往返运输不便、表面质量不好、金属消耗太大、成本太高等问题。为了改变这种落后状况,洛阳轴承厂于1972年同马钢商定,在环形轧机上直接用圆型钢锭辗压特大型轴承套圈毛坯。 经过两次试验,洛阳轴承厂对试验产品进行了技术鉴定;双方共同到大港油田进行了轴承使用情况调查。使用结果表明:轧制毛坯的冶金质量基本上达到现行YB9-68
