一、提出任期目标有依据我们公司是一家批、零兼营的国营专业公司,下设四个专业批发都,一个综合经营部,一个中型商场,一个零售总店及所属的20家零售门市部。具有全套商品化验、运输、储存设施。现有全民职工1221人,年销售额近四亿元,实现利税达1700余万元。另外,还附设一个集体企业管理处及所属14个零售商店和一个化工厂,年销售额3600万元,年创利240万元。经一商局批准,从1987年开始实行经理负责制,任期四年;同时实行经理任期目标责任制。通过实践,我深深体会到:经理任期国标,既是企业的发展规划,也是对经理业绩考核的重要标准。提出和兑现任期目标,是实现经理对企业全面负责的具体体现。

Putting forward and fulfilling the term goal is a concrete manifestation of the manager’s overall responsibility for the company.
