通过对某高校在校生人际交往与社会适应性的调查和个案研究,找出少数民族学生有与人际交往较差从而影响社会适应的原因,提出通过课堂教育引导学生形成正确认知,在接纳创新包容的文化氛围中完善社会支持力量重建人际交往,在心理健康教育工作指导下在社会实践中提升社会适应能力。
Through the investigation and case study on interpersonal and social adaptability of college students in a university, we find out the reasons why minority students have poor interpersonal communication and affect social adaptation. It is suggested that students should be guided to correct cognition through classroom education, In an inclusive cultural atmosphere, the social support forces should be perfected to rebuild interpersonal relationships and to enhance social adaptability in social practice under the guidance of mental health education.
