为了改善高压供回水循环控制系统的运行特性和实现节能,开发了自力式、多功能循环控制的自动回流阀组。该阀组将流量感应、止回、旁路控制及多级降压等控制功能集于一体,使复杂的旁通回流系统得到合理简化,而且调节平缓,可有效保证泵的正常工作流程,避免大流量空排,达到节能与安全运行的需要.通过高压供水系统动态特性分析及多项节能改造的应用实践证明,该阀组达到设计和现场运行工艺流程所要求的各项技术和经济性能指标.
In order to improve the operating characteristics of high-pressure water supply and return cycle control system and achieve energy saving, self-operated multi-cycle control automatic return valve set has been developed.
