目的探讨溶血标本将会对哪些生化结果产生不良影响。方法收集150例在我院体检患者的血液标本,每位体检者抽取5m L血液,平均分置于两支肝素抗凝管中,其中的一份不予溶血作为对照组,另一份采用反复震荡的方式进行人工溶血作为溶血组,随后对两组标本进行生化指标的检测,统计结果并加以分析。结果通过对比分析显示,两组标本CHO、GLU、GGT、TG、Cr、BUN、Na+的检测结果无显著性变化(P>0.05);AST、ALT、ALP、CK-MB、CK、GLU、UA、TP、Fe、Zn、K+、LDH、DBIL等指标发生了显著变化,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论溶血现象对临床生化检验结果有一定的影响,为保证临床生化检验结果的准确性,应避免溶血现象的发生。
Objective To investigate which biochemical results would be adversely affected by hemolysis specimens. Methods Blood samples were collected from 150 patients with physical examination in our hospital. Blood samples of 5m L were collected from each physical examination. The patients were equally divided into two heparin anticoagulants. One of them was not hemolysised as the control group, and the other was repeated Oscillation of artificial hemolysis as hemolysis group, followed by two groups of biochemical indicators of detection, statistical results and analysis. Results By comparative analysis, there was no significant difference in the test results of CHO, GLU, GGT, TG, Cr, BUN and Na + between the two groups (P> 0.05); AST, ALT, CK, MB, , TP, Fe, Zn, K +, LDH, DBIL and other indicators had a significant change, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Hemolysis has some impact on clinical biochemical test results. To ensure the accuracy of clinical biochemical test results, hemolysis should be avoided.
