Wen Zheng Fa [2015] No. 13 Lucheng District, Longwan District, People’s Government of Ouhai District and City Relevant units: In order to implement the Notice on Adjusting the Basic Livelihood Protection and Treatment of Urban-land Requisitioned Peasants (Wenzhengfa [2014] No.6 ) And the Measures for the Administration of the Acquisition of Collectively Owned Lands by Farmers in Urban Areas of Wenzhou Municipality (Order No. 143 of the Wen-Wen Regulatory Order), and further standardize the relevant policies on basic living security for urban-land-expropriated peasants. We hereby offer the following opinions on relevant issues.
