研究了柠檬烯乳化液以及柠檬烯丙酮溶液对3种食源性病原菌的抑菌活性。滤纸片扩散试验表明,对小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌Yersinia enterocolitica的抑菌活性高低为氧氟沙星(阳性对照)>500μL/L柠檬烯丙酮溶液>5 000μL/L柠檬烯丙酮溶液>柠檬烯乳化液>50μL/L柠檬烯丙酮溶液>丙酮(溶剂对照),抑菌圈分别为46.8mm,32.2mm,27.4mm,17.1mm,14.5mm和9.2mm;对金黄色葡萄球菌Staphylococcus aureus活性最高的是阳性对照,其次是50μL/L柠檬烯丙酮溶液,抑菌圈达30.3 mm;柠檬烯丙酮溶液对单核增生李斯特菌Listeria monocytogenes具有抑菌圈,但与丙酮的抑菌圈大小相似,而柠檬烯乳化液未表现出抑菌活性,说明柠檬烯对该菌没有抑制作用,溶剂丙酮具有一定的抑菌活性。试管梯度试验表明,柠檬烯乳化液和柠檬烯丙酮溶液对小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌活性,对单核增生李斯特菌没有活性,且柠檬烯丙酮溶液的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度远低于柠檬烯乳化液,说明前者的抑菌活性更好。所选3种食源性病原菌中,小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌对柠檬烯最为敏感,金黄色葡萄球菌次之,单核增生李斯特菌最不敏感。
The antibacterial activity of the limonene emulsion and limonene acetone solution on three kinds of foodborne pathogens was studied. The tube gradient test showed that the limonene and limonene solutions had antibacterial activity against Yersinia enterocolitica and Staphylococcus aureus, and no activity against Listeria monocytogenes, and the minimum inhibitory concentrations of limonene and The minimum bactericidal concentration is far lower than the limonene emulsion, indicating that the former antibacterial activity better. Of the three foodborne pathogens selected, Yersinia enterocolitica was the most sensitive to limonene, followed by Staphylococcus aureus, and Listeria monocytogenes was the least sensitive.
