我们在局部屏蔽对600rady射线照射狗防护效果实验研究的基础上,进一步进行了屏蔽骨盆部照射不同剂量防护效果的实验研究,以了解屏蔽骨盆部对γ射线照射防护效果的上限剂量。材料和方法实验采用东北、河北杂种雄性成年狗。屏蔽骨盆部,~(60)Coγ线照射。根据无屏蔽部位中心点剂量实验分为600、1000、1500及2000rad等四组(照射量率30—34r/分)。屏蔽部位剂量为无屏蔽部位剂量的6—10%。照射后每日观察临床表现,隔日检查血象,每周检查肝功能一次。600rad照射活存狗于照后30天(活杀前),1000rad以上活存狗于照后90天检查照射和屏蔽部位的骨髓有核细胞总数、分类、间接分裂指数(MI)及CFU-C。
Based on the experimental study on the protective effects of partial shielding on 600rady-irradiated dogs, we further studied the protective effect of different doses of shielding the pelvis on the shielding dose, in order to know the upper dose of shielding effect of the shielding pelvis on γ-ray irradiation.
