目的研究天麻咀嚼胶的制备工艺,提供一种中药新剂型制备技术。方法采用正交实验法,分别以天麻素含量、浸膏收得率为评价指标筛选提取工艺;采用9人评分法,以质地、色泽、口感等为评价指标优选成型工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,煎煮2次,第1次1.5 h,第2次1.0 h;成型工艺中辅料加入量依次为胶基16.5%,润湿剂25%,甜味剂41%,香精1%。结论该制备工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To study the preparation technology of chewing gum from Tianma and to provide a new preparation technology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods orthogonal experiment was used to gastrodin content, extract yield as the evaluation index screening extraction process; 9-person score method, with texture, color, taste and other indicators for the evaluation of the preferred molding process. Results The optimum extraction process was adding 10 times the amount of water, boiling 2 times, the first 1.5 h, the second 1.0 h; molding process materials were followed by the gum base 16.5%, wetting agent 25%, sweet Agent 41%, flavor 1%. Conclusion The preparation process is stable and feasible.
