使用滴管移取6~7滴金镀液,放入鉬分析储液槽制成样品,以能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪直接测定无氰金镀液中金的含量。试验表明,利用溶液绘制的校准曲线线性相关系数为0.9996,与常规的校准曲线线性相关系数一致。该方法样品用量少,消除了基体效应,且校准曲线能够保证长时间使用。方法检出限为0.07g/L,样品浓度大于0.5g/L时能测出较为准确的结果。对金镀液进行测试,同电感耦合等离子体光谱法和火焰原子吸收光谱法比较,结果趋于一致。
6 to 7 drops of gold plating solution were removed by using a dropper and placed in a molybdenum analysis reservoir to make a sample. The content of gold in the cyanide-free gold plating solution was directly determined by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The test shows that the linear correlation coefficient of the calibration curve drawn by the solution is 0.9996, which is consistent with the linear correlation coefficient of the conventional calibration curve. The method of using less sample, eliminating the matrix effect, and the calibration curve to ensure long-term use. The detection limit of the method is 0.07g / L, the sample concentration greater than 0.5g / L can be measured when more accurate results. Gold plating solution was tested with inductively coupled plasma spectrometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the results tend to be consistent.
