一、问题的提出硬質合金端銑刀的設計同其它刀具一样,大致可分为两部分,其一为銑刀設計参数的計算,其二为具体結构的設計。松据所要求銑刀的前角γ_o、刃傾角λ_s;主偏角K_r、直径(指刀尖圆直径)d_o等主要原始参数計算出銑刀刀体上的設計参数。設計参数是直接保証銑刀使用性能的重要条件,也是进行具体結构設計及安排刀具制造工艺的依据。刀体上需計算的主要設計参数有;端面上刀槽的偏心距e;端面上槽
