本工程位于广州市海珠广场东侧,原华侨大厦旧址。大厦系多功能的综合大楼,占地面积9960平方米,总建筑面积78000多平方米,总投资3500万美元。工程分二期施工,建成后客房可达900多间。建筑标准为中档水平,各项设施比较齐全,设备比较先进。为提高经济效益,使原有华侨大厦在扩建施工中仍能继续营业,而采用了边施工、边营业的分期施工方法。 南面新建塔楼为酒店部分。
The project is located on the east side of Guangzhou Haizhu Plaza, former site of the former Overseas Chinese Building. The building is a multi-functional complex with an area of 9,960 square meters, a total construction area of over 78,000 square meters, and a total investment of 35 million US dollars. The project is divided into two phases. After the completion of the project, there are more than 900 rooms. The building standard is a mid-range level, with relatively complete facilities and advanced equipment. In order to increase economic efficiency, the existing overseas Chinese buildings can continue to operate during the construction of the expansion, and a phased construction method with side-by-side construction and business operations is adopted. The new tower on the south is part of the hotel.
