新一轮的国家基础教育课程改革给广大教师带来了教育观念、教学策略、教学方式、教学方法和教学手段等一系列变革,课堂教学正朝“师退生进”的方向转型。本文中,笔者结合自己的教学实践,从教材的开发、数学思想的渗透、问题的设计、活动的引导等方面进行探究,从而有效地促进教师课堂教学文化的转型。
The new round of national basic education curriculum reform has brought a series of changes to the vast numbers of teachers in terms of educational concepts, teaching strategies, teaching methods, teaching methods and teaching methods. Classroom teaching is transforming in the direction of “teacher retiring into education.” In this article, the author combines his own teaching practice to explore the teaching material development, the infiltration of mathematical thinking, the design of problems and the guidance of activities, so as to effectively promote the transformation of teachers’ classroom teaching culture.
