针对以往水玻璃旧砂湿法再生系统结构复杂、耗水量大、污水处理成本高等缺点,首先进行了一系列探索性试验,以确定蒸汽湿法再生水玻璃旧砂的可行性,及影响再生效率的相关因素。然后设计并制作了新型水玻璃湿法蒸汽再生实验设备,通过改变相关工艺参数进行试验,达到了提高再生效率、节约用水,以最少用水量和最短处理时间再生旧砂的目的。
Aiming at the shortcomings of complex structure, large water consumption and high cost of wastewater treatment, the old reclaimed water glass wet sand regeneration system was firstly tested in a series of exploratory tests to determine the feasibility of steam wet reclaimed sodium silicate sand and the influence of regeneration efficiency relevant factor. Then, a new type of water glass wet steam regeneration experiment equipment was designed and manufactured. The experiment was carried out by changing the relevant process parameters to achieve the goal of improving the regeneration efficiency, saving water, regenerating the old sand with the minimum water consumption and the shortest processing time.
