随着城市交通流量的增加,多路交叉的环形交叉口逐渐成为城市交通网拥堵的瓶颈和事故多发点。针对信号控制五路环形交叉口的交通运行特性,通过模糊数学手段改进了基于交通冲突技术的安全评价方法,有效评价五路环形交叉口的安全等级。本文选取南京鼓楼环形交叉口为例,在大量实测数据的基础上,应用交通冲突技术评估交叉口安全等级,并根据交通调查现象和数据分析主要交通冲突成因,从时间和空间资源协调分配两个角度提出了交通安全改善措施,并使用交通仿真技术对改善效果加以验证,为解决环形交叉口的交通瓶颈和事故多发问题奠定基础。
With the increase of traffic volume in the city, the roundabout with multiple intersections gradually becomes the bottleneck and the accidental point of congestion in the urban traffic network. In view of the traffic control characteristics of five roundabouts with signal control, the safety evaluation method based on traffic conflict technology is improved by fuzzy mathematics, and the safety grade of five roundabouts is effectively evaluated. Taking Nanjing Gulou circular intersection as an example, based on a large amount of measured data, the traffic conflict technique is used to evaluate the safety grade of intersection. According to the traffic investigation phenomenon and data, the causes of the major traffic conflicts are analyzed. Two resources are allocated from time and space Point out the improvement measure of traffic safety, and use the traffic simulation technology to verify the improvement effect, so as to lay the foundation for solving the traffic bottleneck and the accident-prone problem at the roundabout.
