目的:对鹅掌草根茎的三萜皂苷类成分进行研究。方法:通过正相和反相硅胶柱色谱分离甲醇提取物中的三萜皂苷;利用各种波谱技术并结合理化性质鉴定其化学结构。结果:从鹅掌草根茎中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、-3-O-α-D-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃木糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)。结论:化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1、2为首次从银莲花属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the triterpene saponins in the roots of goose grass. Methods: The triterpenoid saponins in methanol extract were separated by normal phase and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified by various spectroscopic techniques combined with physicochemical properties. Results: Five compounds were isolated and identified from the roots of Scutellariae Radix, respectively as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranuronic acid-oleanolic acid-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) -β-D-glucopyranose (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranuronic acid- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (2), -3-O-α-D-rhamnopyranosyl -D-glucopyranose-oleanolic acid -28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) -β-D-glucopyranose Glucoside (3), 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) -α-L-arabinopyranosyl-oleanolic acid-28-O-α-L- Β-D-glucopyranoside (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (4), 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ) -alpha-L-xylopyranose-oleanolic acid -28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) -β-D-glucopyranose D-glucopyranoside (5). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from anemone for the first time.
