应用气相色谱(gas chromography,GC)和气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)分析了美国白蛾中国种群性腺提取物的组分,通过与合成标准化合物的保留时间和质谱图的比较,4种化合物被确定为美国白蛾中国种群的性信息素组分,分别为(9Z,12Z)-十八碳二烯醛、(9Z,12Z,15Z)-十八碳三烯醛、(3Z,6Z,9S,10R)-9,10-环氧-3,6-二十一碳二烯和(3Z,6Z,9S,10R)-9,10-环氧-1,3,6-二十一碳三烯,其比例为2:33.6:58.4:6.野外实验结果表明,合成的性信息素单组分对美国白蛾雄蛾没有引诱力,而4种组分的混合物对美国白蛾雄蛾有显著的诱捕活性;剂量为200~300μg的该混合物的灰色橡胶诱芯,能够有效地监测美国白蛾种群动态变化。
The constituents of the gonadal extracts of C. sinensis were analyzed by gas chromography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The retention times and mass spectra of the synthesized standard compounds (9Z, 12Z) - octadecadienal, (9Z, 12Z, 15Z) - octadecatrienal, and the four compounds were identified as sex pheromone components of Chinese white moth, (3Z, 6Z, 9S, 10R) -9,10-epoxy-3,6-heneicosene and (3Z, 6Z, 9S, 10R) -9,10-epoxy- 6-heneicosatriene in the ratio of 2: 33.6: 58.4: 6. The results of the field experiment showed that the synthetic sex pheromone monocomponent had no attraction to male moths, whereas the mixture of 4 components The male moth had significant trapping activity; the gray rubber lure of the mixture with the dosage of 200-300μg could effectively monitor the dynamics of the population.
