The paper studied the physio-biochemical changes of fresh-cut apples which treated with salicylic acid during storage.By reading many papers, we selected the best concentration of salicylic acid solution was 0.25 mmol·L-1,fresh-cut apples which treated with double distilled water as blank, and stored under 5 ℃.Then determined physio-biochemical changes of fresh-cut apples under this condition every other day.
