The elderly people is the main force of urban physical exercise in China,in the "form a more perfect the national fitness system" plays a decisive role.This article embarks from the fitness behavior model,the paper expounds the community of elderly residents fitness behavior characteristics and the relationship between sports facilities in the environment.Anshan new village community sports facilities in Shanghai through the field investigation,combined with environmental behavior psychology,sports sociology point of view and method of analysis,in the analysis of the utilization rate of community sports facilities,under the premise of mass participation and satisfaction,from the concrete facilities standards,determine the number on the comprehensive analysis of the qualitative and quantitative,puts forward the ways and means in a certain practical significance,to solve the community sports facilities in a tendency,development approach,effective implementation of the approach for the macro construction,to better promote and carry out sports activities suitable for urban elderly people physical and mental characteristics,and promote our country old age sports fitness activities towards a healthy and scientific direction.
