瘦素抑制或促进胰岛素 (INS)分泌 ,又可刺激瘦素产生。体内与体外试验均证实瘦素可通过增加脂肪酸氧化和减少其酯化来减少胰岛细胞内甘油三酯的含量 ,通过使一氧化氮水平降低 ,诱导型一氧化氮合酶mRNA的表达下降 ,B细胞淋巴瘤白血病 2 (BCL 2 )等抗凋亡因素的表达增加以实现其阻止脂性凋亡及脂毒性的作用。并且瘦素可通过上调节胰岛细胞内节俭基因———解偶联蛋白 2mRNA表达以达到其下丘脑途径外的产热作用 ,从而调节体内的能量代谢
Leptin inhibits or promotes the secretion of insulin (INS), which in turn stimulates leptin production. In vivo and in vitro tests have confirmed that leptin can reduce triglyceride content in islet cells by increasing fatty acid oxidation and reducing its esterification. By decreasing nitric oxide level, the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase mRNA is decreased. B The expression of anti-apoptotic factors such as cell lymphoma leukemia 2 (BCL 2) is increased in order to achieve its effect of preventing fatal apoptosis and lipotoxicity. And leptin upregulates islet thrifty gene uncoupling protein 2 mRNA expression in order to achieve its hypothalamic pathway outside the thermogenic effect, thus regulating the body’s energy metabolism
