随着社会经济的不断发展,企业规模的不断扩大,工会组织在企业当中所起到的作用也越来越大。维护职工合法权益,是企业工会组织的一项基本活动,对于推动企业的经济发展、创造和谐稳定的发展环境、促进职工文化水平的提升起到了重要作用。本文结合实际,浅要分析了国有企业职工权益维护领域中,工会组织在企业当中所起到的作用,并详细探讨了做好国有企业工会工作的措施。
With the continuous development of society and economy and the continuous expansion of enterprises, the role of trade unions in enterprises has also been growing. Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees is a basic activity organized by trade unions and plays an important role in promoting the economic development of enterprises, creating a harmonious and stable development environment and promoting the enhancement of staff’s cultural level. Based on the actual conditions, this paper analyzes the role played by trade unions in enterprises in the field of protecting the rights and interests of employees in state-owned enterprises, and discusses in detail the measures to do well in the work of trade unions in state-owned enterprises.
