介绍从薯莨中提取天然抗氧化成分的方法。讨论溶剂浓度、温度对提取效果的影响。结果表明,薯莨的乙醇提取物有较强的抗氧化性及抑菌作用。
Describes the extraction of natural antioxidants from yam. Discuss the effect of solvent concentration and temperature on extraction results. The results showed that the ethanol extract of Dioscorea zingiberensis had strong antioxidative and antibacterial effects.
