为了比较带定心弹簧的同心型与不带定心弹簧的非同心型挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)的减振能力,在同心型与非同心型SFD-多盘柔性转子系统实验装置上进行了不同转子不平衡质量及油膜径向间隙条件下的系列试验。结果表明:相对于刚性及纯弹性支承,两种SFD都能够有效地减小转子系统的振动。在同心型SFD-柔性转子系统中,当SFD的作用相对定心弹簧的作用较弱时,可以用定心弹簧来调整转子系统临界转速的位置,转子的临界转速在弹支临界转速附近;当SFD的作用相对定心弹簧的作用较强时,定心弹簧对转子系统临界转速的影响不大,转子的临界转速在刚支临界转速附近。非同心型SFD-转子系统的非线性特性比同心型SFD转子系统更为复杂,不仅会出现主共振,而且还会出现超谐共振及亚谐共振。
In order to compare the damping capacity of non-concentric squeeze film dampers (SFDs) with and without centering springs, the concentric and non-concentric SFD-multi-disk flexible rotor system experimental devices A series of experiments under different rotor unbalance quality and film radial clearance condition. The critical speed of the rotor is near the critical rotation speed of the missile. When When the action of SFD is stronger than that of centering spring, the centering spring has little effect on the critical speed of the rotor system, and the critical speed of rotor is near the critical speed of just branch. The non-concentric SFD-rotor system has more nonlinear characteristics than the concentric SFD rotor system, not only the main resonance, but also the super-harmonic resonance and sub-harmonic resonance.
