随着我国经济不断发展,我国市场经济改革逐渐取得丰硕成果。政企脱钩,一大批企业如雨后春笋一样丰富着我国市场经济。企业数目和企业规模都获得极大的进步,企业人力资源管理中的劳动关系管理维护着企业的和谐,促进企业队伍的稳定,提升企业市场竞争力,因此企业应高度重视企业人力资源管理中的劳动关系管理。本文分析了人力资源管理中的劳动关系管理的重要性,阐述了劳动达到劳动关系管理实践存在的问题,并针对性的提出相应对策,以期对企业管理工作有所帮助。
With the continuous development of our economy, China’s market economy reform has gradually achieved fruitful results. The decoupling of government and enterprises, a large number of enterprises mushroomed as rich in China’s market economy. The number of enterprises and the scale of enterprises have made great progress. The management of labor relations in enterprise human resource management maintains the harmony of enterprises, promotes the stability of the enterprise team, and enhances the market competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises should attach great importance to the management of enterprise human resources Labor relations management. This paper analyzes the importance of labor relationship management in human resource management, elaborates the existing problems in labor practice management, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in the hope of helping enterprise management.
