[目的]观察香连丸合特色护理联合雷尼替丁治疗胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例雷尼替丁胶囊,0.15g/次,2次/d,口服;基础护理。治疗组30例香连丸,5g/次,3次/d,饭后口服;特色护理。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。随访14d,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效13例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]香连丸合特色护理联合雷尼替丁治疗胃溃疡效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Xianglian pills combined with special care and ranitidine on gastric ulcer. [Methods] Randomized parallel method was used to divide 60 inpatients into two groups according to random number table. The control group, markedly effective in 13 cases, effective in 9 cases, 8 cases, the total effective rate was 73.33%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The combined treatment of Shanlian pills and ranitidine has significant effect on gastric ulcer and is worth popularizing.
