应用实际生产条件下测试技术,获得工艺仿真前处理的高精度热物性参数;应用缺陷复现验证方法,获得工艺仿真后处理的高精度判据。将以上技术成果应用于煤机摇臂铸造工艺设计,实现工艺预测和优化。
The test technology under actual production conditions is applied to obtain the high-precision thermophysical parameters before the simulation of process simulation. The high-accuracy criterion of post-process simulation is obtained by applying the method of defect reappearance verification. The above technical achievements are applied to coal rocker arm casting process design, to achieve process prediction and optimization.
