本文主要介绍了一种采用新型聚醚原料合成的保坍类聚醚型减水剂,通过水泥净浆流动度法对自制减水剂与胶凝材料相容性进行了研究。在混凝土试验中,通过调整配合比、掺加稳定剂等方法,可以提高此减水剂的工作性能。试验结果表明,该减水剂具有优异的性能。
In this paper, a new kind of polytetrahydrofuran-based polyether superplasticizer synthesized by a new polyether raw material was introduced. The compatibility of self-made water reducer and cementitious material was studied by the fluidity of cement paste. In the concrete test, by adjusting the mix, blending stabilizers and other methods, can improve the working performance of this water reducer. The test results show that the superplasticizer has excellent performance.
