新课程要求中学物理教师必须在知识结构、教育理念、教师技能和科研能力四个方面来提升自己的能力。在多元化知识结构这一板块中,除了物理学和其他相关科学的基础,本文特别提出了对科学方法素养的要求。在教育理念的更新中,更为突出师生观、评价观、教育理论提升间的逻辑联系。
The new curriculum requires that secondary school physics teachers must improve their abilities in terms of knowledge structure, educational philosophy, teacher skills and research capabilities. In this section of the Diversified Knowledge Structure, in addition to the foundations of physics and other related sciences, this article sets out in particular the requirements for scientific method literacy. In the renewal of educational philosophy, the logical connection between teacher-student concept, evaluation concept and educational theory promotion is more prominent.
