1.前言重油掺水新技术,七十年代在我国开始试验,近几年有了较大发展,该项技术用于各种燃油工业窑炉上,不仅可以节油,还可以减少环境的污染。目前国内采用的重油掺水乳化方法主要有需加添加剂的机械搅拌式和静态乳化式,以及不需加添加剂的超声波式等.但此项新技术在国内燃油均热炉尚没有应用的先例。1991年以来,我厂采取闭路循环乳化方式在均热炉进行了油掺水技术研究与试验,取得理想的效果。我厂均热炉共计二十四座炉炕,炉坑尺寸5.5×2.32×4.1m,全部采用上部单烧嘴式,每个炉炕都配有单独的供风系统、排烟系统和金
1.
