东波矿锡选矿厂原采用单一重选流程获锡精矿后,再用浮选脱硫、弱磁选脱铁,得到最终商品锡精矿,其锡回收率仅20—25%,有时甚至低达15%。为此,对原料中-37微米粒级锡矿泥,采用甲苄胂酸进行浮选富集,取得了较好的结果,初步估计,可提高总回收率10%以上。(一)原料性质原料来自本工区铅锌选矿厂的尾矿。原矿主要金属矿物为锡石、闪锌矿、方铅矿、黄铜矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿、磁铁矿;脉石为方解石、白云石、萤石、绿泥石、绢云母、石榴子石等。尾矿含锡0.22%左右,矿石粒度0.2毫米,其中-0.037毫米粒级占40—50%,锡占有率40%左右。锡石单体解离度90—95%。(二)试验从生产现场取-37微米粒级代表性试样,脱去—10微米粒级细泥后作浮选试料。闭
