本文将成年兔和大鼠的肾上腺髓质细胞分别移植至帕金森氏病(PD)大鼠模型的右侧侧脑室内。移植2个月后,这两组分别有10只和5只动物的异常旋转行为得到明显纠正。对这些动物均进行了脑的组织学检查。儿茶酚胺细胞的荧光组化法和酪氨酸羟化酶抗体的免疫细胞化学染色均显示有许多阳性细胞散布于移植区中,其中有些细胞仍保持原位细胞的形态特征,而另一些则伸出粗短的突起。在尼氏染色切片上未见淋巴细胞浸润。以上结果表明移植细胞在受体大鼠脑内存活良好。本实验提示种系交叉的肾上腺髓质脑内移植是可能的,并为
Adult and rabbit adrenal medulla cells were transplanted into the right lateral ventricle of Parkinson’s disease (PD) rat model. After 2 months of transplantation, the abnormal rotation behaviors of 10 and 5 animals in these two groups were significantly corrected. Histological examination of the brain was performed on these animals. Fluorescent histochemistry of catecholamine cells and immunocytochemistry of tyrosine hydroxylase antibody all showed that many positive cells were scattered in the transplanted area, some of which still retained the morphological characteristics of the in situ cells while others protruded. Stubby protrusions. No lymphocyte infiltration was observed on Nissl stained sections. The above results indicate that the transplanted cells survive well in the recipient rat brain.
