本文运用扎根理论,对中国大学生在校期间创业机会识别过程进行定性分析,研究对象选取所处地理位置不同、经济发展不同省份的三所高校,通过对这三所高校86名学生分别进行问卷调研、访谈研究,对获取的文本资料进行初次编码、主轴编码、选择编码及饱和度检验,得出中国大学生在校期间创业机会识别过程为机会获取、机会评估、机会开发和机会检验四个阶段,并对各个阶段的机会识别途径、机会识别的影响因素、机会评估考虑的因素等进行分析提炼,最后给出中国大学生在校期间创业机会识别过程模型。
This article uses grounded theory to qualitatively analyze the recognition process of entrepreneurial opportunity during the period of college students in China. The research object chooses three universities with different geographical locations and economic development in different provinces. Through the questionnaire survey of 86 students in the three universities, , Interviews, initial coding, spindle coding, selection coding and saturation test of the obtained textual data. The results show that the recognition process of entrepreneurial opportunities for Chinese college students during their careers is four stages: opportunity acquisition, opportunity evaluation, opportunity development and opportunity test. At the same time, it also analyzes and summarizes the ways of opportunity identification, the factors of opportunity identification and the factors of opportunity evaluation in each stage. At last, it gives the model of recognition process of entrepreneurial opportunities for Chinese college students in school.
