生物组织微结构具有随机介质的特性。文中构建了生物组织超声散射的一维随机介质模型。提出用Wigner-Vile分布函数方法估计该随机介质的空间分布特征。仿真和实验结果表明这一方法具有良好的空间分辨率,能较好地检测出随机介质微小散射元的个数和空间分布,同时能精确地估计出散射元平均间距。研究结果表明该方法还具有良好的抗噪声性等优良特性。
The biological tissue microstructure has the properties of a random medium. In this paper, a one-dimensional random medium model of biological tissue ultrasound scattering is constructed. The Wigner-Vile distribution function method is proposed to estimate the spatial distribution of the random medium. Simulation and experimental results show that this method has a good spatial resolution, and can detect the number and spatial distribution of small scatterers in random medium well, and can accurately estimate the average spacing of scattering elements. The results show that this method also has good anti-noise characteristics.
