针对闽南地区花岗岩机制砂配制不同强度等级的非泵送混凝土试块,按照《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》JGJ/T23—2001的标准方法分别测试14,28,60,90,180,360d混凝土试件的回弹值、碳化深度和实测强度,并选用指定的幂函数模型进行回归分析,建立闽南地区花岗岩机制砂非泵送混凝土回弹法测强曲线。通过系统分析不同强度等级混凝土回弹值、碳化深度和实测强度随龄期变化规律,进一步分析龄期对回弹法测强曲线使用的影响,并提出实际工程中28d强度推定值的误差修正值。
For the non-pumping concrete blocks with different strength grades of granite and mechanized sand in southern Fujian Province, 14, 28, 60, 90, 180 and 360 d concrete were tested respectively according to the standard method of JGJ / T23-2001 of “Technical Specification for Testing Compressive Strength of Concrete by Rebound Method” The rebound value of the specimen, the depth of carbonation and the measured intensity. Regression analysis was conducted by using the specified power function model to establish the strength curve of the non-pumping concrete rebound method of granite sand in southern Fujian. By systematically analyzing the rebound value, carbonation depth and measured strength of concrete with different strength grades with age, the influence of age on the use of strength curve of rebound method was further analyzed and the error correction value of 28d strength in practical engineering was proposed .
