真空退火是钛、锆等稀有金属及合金材加工的重要工艺过程,真空退火炉的真空度、控温精度和温区均匀性要求越来越受到人们的重视。针对大型钛、锆管材真空退火炉的工艺和控制要求,采用研华工控机(IPC)为上位机,可编程控制器S7-300(PLC)和可编程温度控制仪Eurotherm3504作为下位机,构成IPC+PLC+智能仪表控制系统(DCS),提出自整定Fuzzy-PID多温区控制策略,实现真空退火过程工艺参数检测与全过程优化控制。生产应用表明,该系统提高真空退火炉真空度、控温精度和温区均匀性具有显著效果,在钛、锆等稀有金属加工领域有广泛的应用前景。
Vacuum annealing is an important process for processing rare metals and alloys such as titanium and zirconium. The vacuum degree, temperature control accuracy and uniformity of the temperature in the vacuum annealing furnace have drawn more and more attention. Adopting Advantech industrial computer (IPC) as the upper computer, programmable logic controller S7-300 (PLC) and programmable temperature controller Eurotherm3504 as the lower computer to make the IPC + PLC + Intelligent Instrument Control System (DCS), a self-tuning Fuzzy-PID multi-temperature control strategy is proposed to realize process parameter detection and optimization control in the whole process of vacuum annealing. The application of the system shows that the system has significant effect in improving the vacuum degree, temperature control accuracy and temperature uniformity of the vacuum annealing furnace, and has wide application prospect in the fields of rare metal processing such as titanium and zirconium.
