美军自建立以来,十分重视对军人进行精神教育,尤其是道德教育。美军道德教育历史可分为:独立战争、南北战争、两次世界大战和冷战四个时期。美军根据各个历史时期的不同任务和军队存在的不同问题,进行了有针对性的道德教育,起到凝聚军心、提升战斗力的积极作用,为美军不断取得战争胜利奠定了精神基础。 Since the establishment of the U.S. military, great attention has been paid to the spiritual education of military personnel, especially to moral education. The history of the U.S. military’s moral education can be divided into four stages: the War of Independence, the Civil War, the two World Wars and the Cold War. The United States Army conducted targeted moral education according to different tasks in various historical periods and the different problems existing in the armed forces, played an active role in unifying the military and enhancing combat effectiveness, and laid the spiritual foundation for the U.S. military to continuously win the war.
