钢筋混凝土用的变形钢筋,使用过程中,用户与生产厂为冷弯曲性能发生异议的事例屡见不鲜。常见的异议有两类:一类为冷弯曲时,于弯曲处外侧面出现横向的开裂或裂断,俗称冷弯断裂;另一类是冷弯一定角度的钢筋,受反向低载荷或冲击时,产生从弯曲部份内侧面起始之裂或断,即所谓反弯断裂。对钢筋冷弯曲性能的研究得知:钢质欠佳可致上述两类断裂发生,而钢质正常的钢筋也
