概述了平圩电厂两台600MW机组投入商业运行以来协调控制系统(CCS)及相关仪控系统(DEH、FSSS等)和AGC功能调试、改进、投运的艰难历程,着重分析了造成CCS主控制系统电负荷和主汽压力自动调节长期无法正常投的问题,提出并实施了系统跟踪与控制策略改进方案。改进后CCS主控制系统计算和试验后所设各动、静态参数,AGC实现的接口方式。提出了机组于AGC(或自动协调控制)方式下,CCS实现自动滑压(汽机调阀部分截流)或自动纯滑压(汽机调阀固定并全开)方式的控制策略构成组态和动、静态参数设置,分析了上述两种“滑压”负荷自动控制方式的适用条件和对机组及电网安全、经济性方面的影响。强调了实现并投运CCS主控制系统保护性调节功能对确保机组安全、稳定运行的重要性。分析说明了机组实现AGC和自动协调方式后对确保机组供电质量,降低供电煤耗的实际意义。
The difficult course of debugging, improving and putting into operation of the coordinated control system (CCS), related instrument control system (DEH, FSSS, etc.) And AGC since the commercial operation of two 600 MW units in Pingwei Power Plant is summarized. The main reasons for causing CCS main control System load and the main steam pressure automatically adjust the long-term can not be cast properly, put forward and implemented the system tracking and control strategy to improve the program. After the improvement CCS main control system calculates and tests each movement, the static parameter, the AGC realization interface way. The control strategy of automatic sliding pressure control (partial closure of steam turbine valve) or purely automatic sliding pressure control (steam turbine control valve fixed and fully open) by CCS is proposed under the AGC (or automatic coordination control) Static parameter setting, analyzed the applicable conditions of these two kinds of automatic control methods of “sliding pressure” load and the impact on safety and economy of generating units and power grids. Emphasized the importance of implementing and putting into operation the CCS main control system protective regulation function to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit. The practical significance of ensuring the unit power supply quality and reducing coal consumption after the AGC and automatic coordination modes are analyzed and explained is analyzed and illustrated.
