(February 20, 2009) Comrades: The main task of this year’s local chronicles conference is to study in depth the State Council’s Regulations on Local Records Work and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Local Records Work in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (the Measures for Implementation) , To convey the spirit of the Fourth National Conference on Local Records Work, summarize the achievements made since the second round of revision, and honor the advanced collectives of the Local Records System in Guangxi from 2006 to 2008
